• Registration Policy (verify yourself in Gemonbid)

  You can register on Gemonbid as a user after registration don’t try to list any products as a seller, because system will take maximum 8-12 hours to set your account after that It will automatically delete your listing and restrict to sell and your account will become buyer account once its restricted after that send your documents with all your registered details with user id to click here and our team will verify your account once its verified your account restriction will be removed. After that you can start listing your products in the respective categories.

• Listing Policy

  Give a detailed listing which make buyer to understand. Gemonbid allow seller to list their products with 5 images and you can give a very detailed description to make the buyer to understand better. If any of the listing violating any policies of Gemonbid or if our investigate team found the product details/images/ categories /relate to any information is inappropriate we will notify you twice and still if it remains same without changes then we will remove the listing without any notification and if it is happen continuously with a seller account the account will be get suspended without any prior notice. so follow the instructions properly to do safe trades.

• Payment Policy

  We allow Paypal all type of payments. So sellers should follow the same payment policy of Paypal. To know more about seller protection policy click here.

• Shipping Policy

  Sellers need to update their tracking information once product has sold within 2-3 business days. If the tracking option not update on time the orders will be get cancelled automatically in 10 days and a fine will be charged to the sellers and if these kind practice come s continuously it might lead your account to suspension.

• Return Policy

  Sellers need to update their detail return policy on their listing. And we recommended minimum 7 days of return policy from buyer receives the products.

Buyer Policy:

We welcome all the buyers from worldwide.

• Bidding Policy

  Buyers can bid on any auction products listed by the sellers and once you win. You can see that products in product you won column on your buyer dashboard for payment option.

• Payment Policy

  Once products have been won by buyers they should pay the payments within 2-5 days once the payment is done seller will start shipping your products. We allow Paypal all type of payments. • Return Policy

  If buyers are not satisfied on their purchases they can return the products as per the seller return policy with the same products, packages, certificates, documents and all materials which sent by the sellers before.

• Refund Policy
